weekday no problem getting rooms. but i dun think diamond plaza hotel got internet connection

As far as i know within city area tuktuk charge 15-20 baht never 30 and no need bargain. if u travel by 2 just get 30 baht readly and pass them.

For telephone back to SG or MY i would recoman ppl get a thai sim card call back sg with 009 is 9 baht only MY i not sure.

p/s i not lao jiao just trying to tell u, and dont get others to think price is very high in HDY.

bro demonsage,a newbie hoping to share some of my experience for my past 2 trips to hatyai tis year...
About hotel bookings n airport transfer u can call +81-8968232(ah yot) or +66818961984 (ah foo singaporean) to compare the prices, cant rem the names of the agency though..(both chinese speaking)... i stayed at novotel during my virgin trip n new season on my second trip..recommend novotel if u have spare cash cos its v.close to everything( pinklady message, famous late-nite supper, shopping malls etc) plus the facilities in the room is wonderful..a remotecontrol for aircon n all the lights in the room just beside ur bed...but internet access in lobby is damn exp at 200thb per hr...

Girls wise other than the usual farms, u may want try to hook up some girls from barberry or hi-society..can be done if u willing to try..

Disco-wise, apart from the usual tested n proven kiss channel or paragon..u may want to try out some local joints like indie pub or boost up(open up till 4)..(spelling might be wrong but should pronounce the same).young thai crowd..R n B music...most tuktuk should know the place if not ask the girls..

lastly would like to recommend girl 557 from pinklady...one of prettiest imho..english speaking ...3 of my bros have tried her...

important...1st trip spent 50+sgd in calling in thailand alone for 4days...2nd trip
buy a prepaid card for 200 over thb with 100++ value can last for the whole trip liao... can dial to ur tiraks to chitchat n callin back sg is more cheaper...

Sound advice from seasoned hdy chiongster. Also for best bargains (err, I mean shopping, not KFCs).

LG's supper foodstalls at night bit pricey, as it's touristy and conveniently central. :p
