Anything interesting in the double digit hdb area? I parked at red star carpark (no erp mah) and walked over to People's Park hawker centre. Don't read anything about this area in this thread.

The people living here will find life quite convenient. Old hdb but amenities are so conveniently linked via covered walkways and the shops on level 2 and 3. So much better than living behind Chinatown Point.

If no sharing, I will explore this area when I am free and post here.

I always park upstairs the market food centre cut through og to ppl park. Also cheaper than park ppl park somemore no 10 min grace when u going no parking . Once I park 4 plus to 6 plus pay 9 plus damn ex . This place u mentioned which carpark

The carpark I mentioned is where Red Star Restaurant (红星) is. It is linked to the hdb blocks that links to the hawker centre you mentioned. Outside cbd zone. Carpark is opposite Manhattan House

Yes you are right. Many KTV girls live on top of Manhattan House. Can sit for a coffee at the coffeeshop and watch them come down in the late afternoon when they wake up and go shopping at Sheng Siong. :p

The address of this carpark is 54 Chin Swee Road. Outside of CBD, you already save CBD charges. $0.60 per half hour every day. The level 3 linkway from car park can link all the way to the level 3 shops above the food centre

The carpark behind the food centre is 33 Park Crescent. In CBD zone. $1.20 per half hour (mon to sat between 7 am and 5 pm). Sun and public holiday is $0.60 per half hour all day.

o2 worth exploring? From outside see it seems like a room with curtain as a door. The ladies eating outside the shop don't look young

Thanks for the car charges tips but I even better, I dont pay car park cos I dont drive. No money to buy and maintain car. PPC so old and run down but parking charges very expensive.
