There're two ways to look at this tipping issue to OKTs. If you're just a infrequent traveller then don't bother to tip the OKTs. Try Grace Hotel at Sukhumvit Soi 3. You can even check out the chiobu FLs in the hotel's coffeshop and disco. ;) :D

Bedroom Boutique is right next to Carrefour, and about 10min walk to on nut BTS station. Train to Siam less than 20min though.
