Oh wow. I pass by there almost every evening on the way home. Perhaps that explans why there are so many foreign nationals along with couple of locals sitting around the smoking corner and also inside at the steel chairs. Although personally, find it abit awkward if i were to sit inside due to the frequent looks by the hotel staffs.
