Probably similar to a Singaporean poseur saying she prefers Butter Factory to Ministry of Sound - they play the same tunes but they just want to be seen as more "happening" or "niche" in a particular place.

it was closed till i guess they paid the police some $ and its reopen again.
was there just last weekend. great place man. try it if you go bkk.

scratchdog always seem open. they are located at windsor hotel , so maybe
stronger mandate to stay open since they are in a reputable hotel.

as for the school mate part, never mind , get to know them also.
utilize the mutiplier apporach , strategy is more long term

More and more Thai lovers slowing down or quit Thai scene liao. :) No wonder the puyings in BKK tan boh jia. :D

Me just returned from China (Shenzhen and Zhuhai). Sibei tired. Talking loudly and aggressively in HK/Macau/China is normal. If you speak softly chances are people will try to makan you. Different culture from sawasdee khrap land wor.
